
All of these plants may not look like much at the moment, but will soon be a riot of colour.

Day lilies - these were here when we bought the house and every year I amazed at how quickly they shoot back up from nothing!
This was also here when we bought the house - we call it the pompom bush - I'm sure it has a proper latin name. Anyone know what it is?

Can't tell scale, but it looks like your "pom-pom bush" might be Lady Banksia Roses.
