This month in the garden

The garden is changing daily, so I thought I'd try to record the changes as they happen.

The forsythia is in full bloom now (the flowers seemed to take almost 3 weeks to come out this year).

For me when it starts to flower I know it's time to prune the roses.  That's now been done and most of the other post-winter tidying.

Soon the bluebells will be drowning everything!

The tulips are nearly ready to bloom (the bluebells are all around them).
