I made this in about 1983 using a pattern from an Annie Blatt book. It was based on a Miro painting entitled the Ski Lesson. I can still remember the 23 bobins I had for the most complicated rows!!

This side of the garden is red, purple and orange - with a little hot pink on the way. The same colours as the 28-year old UFO posted yesterday.

In one of the Ravelry groups we were chatting about UFO's and I posted this one.

It's been a work in progress for 28 years and has moved house and country many times.

I never gave up on it and still love the colours, but have now decided that I will make a plain back and then decide if it should be a cardigan or just a vest.

I aim to complete it by the end of the year.

Tooty Frooty

I got this fabulous yarn as part of the 3Vswap - The colours made me think of Tooty Frooties.

There was some yellow in it (just like in a pack of the sweets), but I decided that wouldn't suit me so I left that bit out.

This one surely has enough colours to be a rainbow?
